Having Rose as our Day-of Coordinator was a no-brainer. After seamlessly coordinating our friends' wedding, and knowing her experience as a professional stage manager it was one of the easiest choices of our wedding. Going into the process we felt the scariest part of wedding planning is how much you don't know -- afterall you're aiming to only do it once! Her previous experience, organizational skills, and refreshing candor helped keep us on track and the stresses to a minimum. She guided us by outlining the process given our timeline, challenged us with questions we wouldn't have thought to ask, and helped us set achievable planning goals on the run up to our big day. Looking back at our wedding, we are so grateful that we chose Rose as our wedding coordinator. From the start, she was communicative and detailed. Even though leading up I was getting disorganized and procrastinated on lots of decisions, she had so much patience. On the day of the actual wedding, we could fully relax because we trusted that Rose would have everything handled.
And she did indeed handle everything! There wasn’t a bridal party member who didn’t know when and where they needed to be. As a bride with a large family, Rose made sure I didn’t get a single panicked text message from family asking, “Where are we going?” or “What are we doing?” Our ceremony flowed effortlessly. Rose even saved me from walking down the aisle with a potted plant hitchhiking a ride.
While we were getting ready, Rose was running point on everything from decoration drop off to helping pick up wedding favors from the bridal suite. She ensured that when we walked into our reception, it looked like an absolute dream.
